Something beyond taste, this roasted red pepper, like mushrooms, I would add it to every meal if I could. It is great in breakfast and sandwiches raw as well as in its roasted form.

I love red roasted peppers. Even though those who eat it claim that it doesn't smell, it smells like garlic when you eat it. It's good when you eat it, then it gets a little bad. I use crushed walnuts instead of garlic. I don't look for garlic.
