Roasted Red Pepper
Something beyond taste, this roasted red pepper, like mushrooms, I would add it to every meal if I could. It is great in breakfast and sandwiches raw as well as in its roasted form.

Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Recipe
- Meaty red pepper
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- vinegar
- ball of black pepper
- thyme
- salt
Fabrication:
- Place the red peppers on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and roast them in the oven at 160-170 degrees, both front and back, peel them well and make sure that they remain in one piece while peeling.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing vinegar, olive oil and salt. You can mix the garlic into the sauce by pounding it in a pestle or use it as a whole.
- Take the peeled peppers on a serving plate, add the sauce on it and serve by adding the spices you want.
I love red roasted peppers. Even though those who eat it claim that it doesn't smell, it smells like garlic when you eat it. It's good when you eat it, then it gets a little bad. I use crushed walnuts instead of garlic. I don't look for garlic.
