I love mashed potatoes, but I'm tired of the same plain presentations. In this recipe, its essence is based on mashed potatoes, but when you look at it, it makes you happy. I had guests at the weekend, I made these colorful potato balls for them, believe me, they are very delicious on the table :)

Carrot, parsley, fresh mint, black cumin… You can prepare colorful presentations with the materials at home.

We can also find potatoes in grated white cheese or cheddar cheese. Its taste is harmonious, and its appearance is pleasant.

I just made it, it came out a super flavor, I put cheddar cheese in it, I didn't add lemon and oil. You can prevent the carrots from turning yellow if you give them some lemons. You can also keep it in the fridge with a stretch.

Carrots will be used raw, if you keep them wrapped in cling film in the refrigerator until serving, they will not turn black.
