Ingredients for Red Beetroot Chard Borani Recipe
- 1 small onion
- 1 bunches of washed chopped chard
- half a teaspoon of olive oil
- salt
- 1 cup strained yoghurt (heaping)
For Sevi:
- 1 boiled red beet
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
Fabrication:
- Chop the onion finely.
- Add olive oil and onion to the pan and sauté over medium heat until transparent. Add the Swiss chard and salt, sauté until the chard absorbs its water and turn off the heat.
- Mix the yoghurt and salt into the cooled chard and place it on a serving plate.
- Add olive oil, garlic, orange zest, pomegranate and salt to the diced beetroot and mix.
- Serve with orange slices from which you removed the segments.
