What was love? Love was #uncookies :) Joking aside, it's true that I fell in love with flour cookies, especially buttered flour cookies. Mine is a love that has lasted since childhood. I make the recipe on my blog every chance I get.
This time I decided to add a color and flavor appropriate to the meaning of the day. I had red fruit jam at home. When it was cooked, the color and shape were wonderful. You can even enter the kitchen and prepare it just for yourself.

Ingredients for Jam Flour Cookies Recipe
- 1 finger missing butter from 1 glass (125 g)
- 1 fingers missing from 2 glass of wheat starch (60gr)
- One-third cup of powdered sugar (50 g)
- 1,5 cups of flour (150 g)
- Jam for the middle
How to Make Jam Flour Cookies Recipe?
- Take the room temperature butter into the kneading bowl. Add cornstarch and powdered sugar on top and knead lightly.
- Add the flour and knead until the dough starts to come together.
- Take the collected dough on the kitchen counter and knead for 2-3 minutes.
- Roll the dough you have prepared, divide it into 12 parts with the help of a chisel and roll it in your hand.
- Place the cookies you have prepared on a baking paper-lined tray and give a heart shape by pressing lightly in the middle with your finger.
- Put a jam with red fruit in the middle with the help of a teaspoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 13 minutes. Serve when the cookies come out of the oven have cooled completely.
