Jam Muffins

Materials
2 pieces of eggs
A little more than half a glass of granulated sugar
1 water glass milk
A little more than half a glass of oil
1 bottle of Dr.Oetker vanilla flavor and a packet of vanilla
1 package baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa (can be made plain without adding cocoa if desired)
7-8 tablespoons strawberry jam (or any other jam)
flour
How to Make Jam Muffin Recipe?
We beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until they foam. Then we add the milk, oil and vanilla and continue mixing. Then we add our jam and mix it once more. Finally, we add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix again. Then we put it in the muffin molds with a spoon and share it. We leave a space of 1 or 2 fingers on top of the muffins so that they can rise well and not overflow. Then we put them in the oven preheated to 180C and bake them. After they have cooled down, you can decorate the top with jam if desired.
