Hello Dear Friends,

We are all pizza monsters, actually :) We who love dough can't get enough of these delicious triangles or squares topped with tomato sauce, cheddar and more.

It is a recipe that you can easily prepare at home or whatever you have on your mind after you have fermented your dough for the week or for the weekend.

Wouldn't it be nice to create a pizzeria menu for iftar :) souffle You prepare everything until :)

pizza in ramadan

with video before pizza dough ve pizza sauce I shared with you how to do it. This recipe is a little more housework, when I liked the Ramadan pita dough that I shared yesterday, I decided to make a pizza and name it Ramadan Pizza :)

While preparing this recipe, you can divide the dough into two and prepare 2 different pizzas and cook them, or you can cook a large pizza on the baking tray.

How to Make Ramadan Pizza Recipe?

  1. Put the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in the mixing bowl.
  2. Add yoghurt, water and egg on top and knead a dough that will not stick to the hand and the bowl.
  3. After the dough has a consistency, take it to the kitchen counter and knead for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough you kneaded and leave it to ferment for 40-50 minutes.
  5. While the dough is fermenting, take olive oil and tomato paste into the sauce pan. Fry the tomato paste until it smells and add water. When the sauce thickens, add salt and pepper, remove from the stove and leave to cool.
  6. Divide the fermented dough into 2 parts, oil your hands generously and spread them both in the dimensions of your baking dish with your hands.
  7. Fold the edges as desired. Spread the cooled pizza sauce in the middle.
  8. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and put the diced roasts.
  9. Bake the pizza for about 200 minutes in the oven preheated to 12 degrees.
  10. Turn on the oven, sprinkle the bacon pieces on top of the pizza and bake for 3-4 more minutes until well browned.
