Radica Salad
Hello Dear Friends,
What was on my mind, but there is a New Year's Eve that I did not do any of it because I had no enthusiasm. 2021 has truly been a year in which what comes and goes. My biggest expectation from the new year is to protect both our physical and mental health.
We didn't smile much from the remaining world affairs, I hope 2022 will be a year in which we look to the future with more hope. I have made some decisions, the most important of which will be to concentrate on the stock photography business. By making more blog posts and less social media content, I am determined to turn to branches where I can get paid for my work.
I will read more, and losing that last 10 kilos with more exercise is in the first place :) I want to do a new book study, I couldn't decide whether it should be appetizers and salads or breakfast because we love both. I want to decide on it and channel it more to books because even if words fly, writing remains.
I hope next year I will have the opportunity to be with you with delicious recipes.

Ingredients for Radika Salad Recipe
- 1 bunch of radix
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- Half tea glass of olive oil
- salt
- juice of half a lemon or vinegar
To boil:
- 2 liter of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 liters of ice water
How to Make Radika Salad Recipe?
- Extract the radicals, wash 1-2 water.
- Boil the boiling water in a large saucepan. Boil the cleaned and washed herbs until they turn a vibrant green in color.
- Immediately throw the boiled leaves into the ice water.
- As soon as the leaves cool, put them in a strainer to drain. Take the strained herbs on a serving plate.
- Mix the olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt well and add the herbs and mix.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve.
