Mashed Meatballs

These meatballs can be made in two different ways. Now I am sharing the first recipe with you. A very simple and delicious recipe. You can develop other alternatives other than puree. If you want to evaluate the meatballs you made the previous day and couldn't finish in a different way, you can apply this recipe.
Ingredients for Pureed Meatballs Recipe
For the meatballs:
- 300 gr. mince
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 3 slices of stale bread crumbs
- 1 medium onions
- 10-15 stalks of parsley
- Black pepper and salt

How to Make Pureed Meatballs Recipe?
- Add the grated onion, crumbled bread crumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to the ground beef and knead well.
- Shape 1 finger thick in your palm.
- Lightly fry the meatballs in oil, absorb the oil on the napkin and place them on the baking tray.
- Add peeled, diced tomatoes or 2 tablespoons of diluted tomato paste to the remaining oil in the pan, fry for 2 minutes, add 1,5-2 glasses of water and bring to a boil.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the tray.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Spread the puree on the serving plate and serve the meatballs by pouring the sauce over the puree.
