These meatballs can be made in two different ways. Now I am sharing the first recipe with you. A very simple and delicious recipe. You can develop other alternatives other than puree. Ingredients for Pureed Meatballs Recipe

For the meatballs:

  • 300 gr. mince
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine
  • 3 slices of stale bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onions
  • 10-15 stalks of parsley
  • Black pepper and salt
  • oil for frying

How to Make Pureed Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Add the grated onion, crumbled bread crumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to the ground beef and knead well.
  2. Shape 1 finger thick in your palm.
  3. Lightly fry the meatballs in oil, absorb the oil on the napkin and place them on the baking tray.
  4. Add peeled, diced tomatoes or 2 tablespoons of diluted tomato paste to the remaining oil in the pan, fry for 2 minutes, add 1,5-2 glasses of water and bring to a boil.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the tray.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Spread the puree on the serving plate and serve the meatballs by pouring the sauce over the puree.
