Whenever I get depressed, I work twice as hard to get out of this state of mind. I've been in such a rush right now. Thankfully, the river recovered. Pumpkin spice latte I didn't think to do it but I realized that I miss the taste and every time we pass by it Starbucks When I saw that there was a queue, I said I'd make it at home 😄 It was a version that perfectly suited my taste with its consistency and taste, because I always found it very spicy and sugary when I bought it.

This recipe is actually much more detailed, even on Starbucks' own website, but I wanted to give you a recipe that you can easily make at home without any extra effort and you can get the same taste.

Whether you bake the zucchini, steam it or boil it in a little water, but remember, boil it with milk and spices for at least 10-15 minutes so that the flavors meld together.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Latte – Pumpkin Spice Coffee Recipe

  • 1 slice of pumpkin
  • Half a glass of water (to boil the squash)
  • 2 water glass milk
  • 1,5 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

For service:

  • 1 teaspoon of milk cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Fabrication:

  1. Puree the boiled zucchini. Bring the milk, spices and sugar to a boil over low heat until the flavors are thoroughly intertwined.
  2. Brew the coffee while the milk is boiling. Beat the cream with powdered sugar and keep in the refrigerator.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into a glass, add pumpkin milk on top.
  4. Finally, garnish with whipped cream and serve.
