Pumpkin Soup
Hello Dear Friends,
It's always nice to try different flavors. Earlier pumpkin cupcakes in my recipe with pumpkin I mentioned that I would share recipes. The first of these recipes is pumpkin soup, this soup is mostly made with cream, but my preference is to use some cream while serving instead of mixing cream into it.
While I was preparing the soup, I used the boiled pumpkins that I prepared for the cupcakes, but you can use your pumpkins raw. If you are going to use it raw, you need to roast it together with the other ingredients you chop.
I used my last glass of broth left in the freezer for this recipe :) You meat if you want, if you want chicken water You can try this recipe by preparing it.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup Recipe
- 250 g pumpkin
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium potato
- 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cups of broth
- 5 cup of hot water
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
Fabrication:
- Chop the pumpkin, carrot, onion and potato in equal size. (If your zucchini is boiled like mine, you don't need to chop it)
- Take olive oil and chopped ingredients in a pan and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat. (If you are going to use boiled pumpkin or pumpkin puree, fry the onions, potatoes and carrots for 3-4 minutes, then add the pumpkin and fry for 2 minutes until the pumpkin is completely crushed.)
- When the onions start to become transparent, add the broth and water to the pot, add salt and spices to flavor it.
- Cook on medium heat until the carrots are soft.
- Pass the cooked soup through the blender and boil for 1-2 more minutes and remove from the stove.
I added celery, carrot and a pinch of cinnamon to the recipe, I used the milk a little, I made it after it became pure after passing it through the blender.
Well done :) Excellent suggestions for sure!
Here's how I do it easier: I chop 100 grams of zucchini and a falcon and fry them in olive oil, but when they release the juice without frying, I add a liter of water. . Have fun like this
I remembered your recipe with Facebook sharing. I'm making it for my son right away, I put it on the stove :) I bought the nutmeg and I couldn't find a place to use it :p :) good luck to you.
I will make this soup tonight :) can I use it instead of muscat?
hello. If I use bouillon without broth, will it taste the same and if so, how much should I use?
It tastes the same though. If you are going to use bouillon, 1 piece is enough, be careful with the salt, but you may not need to add extra salt because the bouillons are salty.
I tried it too and my wife and my daughter ate it with pleasure :) My wife doesn't normally like pumpkin either, but she liked it very much. Thank you for the recipe. Thank you very much.
Good luck with your hands :)
I made the soup this morning before I went to work. It's just cooked. I tasted 1 spoon, it left a great taste in me :)) I have a delicious soup for dinner now :)) good luck to you….
I'm glad you like it :) Enjoy your meal.
Hello, where can I buy these beautiful soup bowls. thanks
Hello, the bowls appeared while being transported. It's all mixed up because I buy plates and dishes from everywhere I go. Unfortunately I don't remember :(
Ms. Nilay, I went to cook this soup and bought nutmeg, I didn't know what it was either. They gave me something fragrant like 3 small walnuts :) how do I put it in the soup? all? By breaking it? Or is this fragrant spice sold in powder form?
Hello, Ms. Şehnaz, it is enough to grate a little with the small side of the grater. If you have fine cheese grating at home, it would be even better. love.
Hello, Ms. Nilay... I made the pumpkin soup yesterday too, but my advice is to caramelize 5 tablespoons of unsalted pumpkin seeds in a Teflon pan with 1 tablespoon of brown powdered sugar and sprinkle them on the plates..also finely cut parsley and a little pumpkin seed oil are delicious..with love..good studies…
good luck to you :)
Thank you :)
