I'm one of those who love a mixture of chocolate and orange, I think this flavor adds a fresher air to the mosaic cake.
As you can see from the video and the name, I made this recipe in a tart mold. The difference of this tart mold from the others is that the base does not come off. Therefore, it is quite suitable for such biscuit-based or cake-based tarts instead of hard dough tarts.

Ingredients for Pudding Mosaic Tart Pie Recipe
- 2 packs of Chocolate Orange Pudding
- 2 package of petibor biscuits
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup of hazelnuts
- 1 pack of Pakmaya Dark Chocolate Chips
For the top:
- 1 orange
- 10-15 strawberries
- powdered peanuts
- optional Pakmaya Dark Chocolate Sauce
How to Make Pudding Mosaic Tart Pie Recipe?
- Take powder puddings in a medium saucepan, add milk on top and cook until puddings thicken.
- Let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature. Mix in the hazelnuts.
- Break the petibor biscuits and add them to the puddings and mix.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Put the cling film on the tart mold, pour the mixture into the mold and cover it with cling film.
- Rest in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Remove the frozen mosaic cake from the mold and serve, garnishing as you wish.
