Hello Dear Friends,

I think parfait is the most beautiful dessert in summer :) I especially love lemon and coffee parfait. It is very easy to prepare and you can prepare different presentations by shaping it as you wish.

As you know, the original parfait recipe is prepared by whisking raw eggs. For this reason, we generally avoid parfait. As such, we started to produce our own egg-free alternatives over time.

When I prepared it using only whipped cream, I always felt a lack on my palate. Thanks to the pudding I added, its texture is more creamy and satisfying.

Ingredients for Pudding Biscuit Parfait Recipe

  • 1 pack Pakmaya Turkish Coffee Pudding
  • 2,5 water glass milk
  • 1 pack Pakmaya Whipped Cream
  • 1 glass of cold milk
  • half a pack of dark chocolate chips
  • 15 biscuits (with oatmeal, chocolate or plain)

For the top:

  • 1 pack Pakmaya Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 2,5 water glass milk
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • filet peanuts

Fabrication:

  1. Cook the pudding with 2 cups of milk and set aside to cool.
  2. While the pudding is cooling, whisk the whipped cream with 1 glass of cold milk. Add the cooled pudding to the whipped cream.
  3. Mix in the chocolate chips and biscuits. Put it in the container you have covered with cling film and let it rest in the freezer for 4-6 hours.
  4. Before serving, remove the frozen parfait from the mold, pour the sauce you prepared with 2,5 cups of milk and cooled.
  5. Garnish with strawberries and serve with a sprinkling of peanuts.
