Princess Potato – Duchess Potato
Hello Dear Friends,
Duchess Potato (Pomme Duchesse) or as we know it Princess Potato An incredibly delicious and practical side dish. You can serve it as an elegant and delicious side dish next to meat dishes, especially in the crowded breakfasts you will serve at home.
Since you add the eggs while your puree is hot, you can prepare it during the day and bake it before your guests arrive.
This amount of potatoes yields about 20-22 princess potatoes. It is enough to bring it to the highest degree of your oven and bake for 8-10 minutes at the most. (Don't forget to cook with control so that it doesn't burn)

Hello there,
First of all, your hands look very nice. I'm thinking of trying it tonight. I just couldn't understand one point. We put the egg yolks raw, right, not boiled.
Hello, while mashing the hot potato, we add the raw egg yolks. Yours sincerely
