Hello Dear Friends,

Duchess Potato (Pomme Duchesse) or as we know it Princess Potato An incredibly delicious and practical side dish. You can serve it as an elegant and delicious side dish next to meat dishes, especially in the crowded breakfasts you will serve at home.

Since you add the eggs while your puree is hot, you can prepare it during the day and bake it before your guests arrive.

    Hello there,
First of all, your hands look very nice. I'm thinking of trying it tonight. I just couldn't understand one point. We put the egg yolks raw, right, not boiled.
