You know, it was very difficult for us to return from vacation. We came home last night when we were planning for the 4-5th of July. Thankfully, my mother-in-law did not leave us alone and came immediately. Even though it took 4-5 days today, I started to collect the wastes of the holiday. My mother-in-law, while I was sick, my friend Tülin made a soup. She said, "Let me make it for you, a yoghurt soup with fresh mint parsley and everything raw." Of course, we took the herbs out because the girl wouldn't eat it, but for the first time, we tried a yogurt soup cooked all together.

We used it because we still have strained yogurt at home. If you have regular yogurt, put 2 bowls. Although everything was cooked together, including the whole egg and rice, there was never a break in the soup.

I would definitely recommend you to try it.
