the past day Spaghetti with Meatballs from the Goddess of Love Cooking School I talked about the wish I made while making it. The interesting thing is that my wish came true on Saturday when I least expected it. We found a house in the neighborhood we wanted, exactly to our heart's content. Speaking of minor adjustments, I hope we will be moved within 15 days :)

While chasing these works, I did not have the opportunity to write much. When I got things sorted out tonight, I thought I'd write down what I brought to the top of the giant cucumbers that my neighbor brought from his hometown last week :) The cucumbers were nice but quite hard and big, instead of making salads, I used the accelerated pickle preparation method that I occasionally use for green peppers.

I tried cucumber for the first time and I was very satisfied with the result. If you want to try something different, I recommend this recipe.

By the way, the Bamboo Chef Knife and Cutting Board I use are among the products that Bambum sent me to try. I really liked their design and use. It is a nice alternative for those who do not want to use steel knives, although not for those who use professional knives like me.

Love…

Greetings, thank you, a recipe just like what I was looking for, but there are two things that come to mind. 1. Is this pickle durable so how long can I store it? 2. I wonder if it can also be mixed with cornichons?? Best regards, Selda

Hello, I follow your recipes with great interest. I thought I'd ask when it comes to pickles. I love pickles, I make them most of the time. However, I am now a high blood pressure patient, salt is strictly prohibited.
In this case, is there an alternative suggestion for pickles instead of salt?

    Thanks in advance.

After we put the cucumbers in the jar, do we put the juice in it when it cools down?

We put the cucumbers and add enough water to complete the top. I put it while it was hot, I did not wait for it to cool down.
