Hello Dear Friends,

This recipe is the chicken recipe my mother-in-law makes most often. It is prepared by putting a little oil, salt and spices in it. We preferred to use fresh spices as they are always available at home. I think both are incredibly delicious. While you take care of other chores in the kitchen, it slowly cooks on its own. Moreover, it tastes like Turkish delight without adding any water or making any extra effort.

I usually go to practical vegetables in the oven or a quick green salad ve bulgur pilaf I am doing. You can prepare whatever you want according to your taste.

Ingredients for Practical Chicken Tandoori Recipe

  • 5 bone-in grilled thighs
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fresh thyme
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh basil
  • red chili flakes

How to Make Practical Chicken Tandoori Recipe?

  1. Put some oil in the pan, arrange the chickens, add some oil, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and mix.
  2. Turn on the stove, add the fresh spices and cover the pot and cook on low heat until the first side of the chicken is browned.
  3. Turn the chicken to the other side and cook the chicken until it is very tender and comes off the bones (approximately 1 hour in total)
  4. Serve the cooked chicken hot.
