How to Make Practical Tas Kebab Recipe?
- First of all, we cook the cubed meat in a little oil until it releases its water and absorbs it again.
- After the meat is well cooked and soft, add the onions and fry it by adding a little more oil.
- After making sure that the onions are cooked, we add the tomato paste and mix a little more.
- Finally, add enough water to just cover the meat and cook it on low heat for 15-20 minutes. we are cooking.
- The meal is okay, you can serve it with french fries, rice or puree.
