  • 1-2 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Practical Tas Kebab Recipe?

  1. First of all, we cook the cubed meat in a little oil until it releases its water and absorbs it again.
  2. After the meat is well cooked and soft, add the onions and fry it by adding a little more oil.
  3. After making sure that the onions are cooked, we add the tomato paste and mix a little more.
  4. Finally, add enough water to just cover the meat and cook it on low heat for 15-20 minutes. we are cooking.
  5. The meal is okay, you can serve it with french fries, rice or puree.
