Practical Hot Chocolate
Maybe it's because I'm a winter child, I don't like winter that much. I am sure that is why I always enjoy dressing in layers like cabbage, wearing a scarf when going out, putting a blanket over me and sipping hot chocolate while watching TV or reading a book.
Ice-cold Istanbul is cold to the marrow. Although the snow has stopped today, the dry cold continues with all its intensity. I thought I'd save the day for myself, read a book while at home, enjoy a muffin with hot chocolate. While it's ready, it's okay not to share my special recipe with you :)

Hot chocolate ve Hot CocoaYou do it in the same way logically, only you do not add chocolate to hot cocoa, but increase the amount of cocoa that will go into it. 500 gr. 6 tablespoons of cocoa is enough for milk.

- 500 ml whole milk
- 3 soup spoons of cocoa
- 100 g milk or dark chocolate
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (you can increase or decrease according to your taste)
How to Make Practical Hot Chocolate Recipe?
- Take milk, cocoa and powdered sugar in a small saucepan and whisk.
- Cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring.
- When your milk comes to a boiling point, add the chocolate and mix it well.
- Serve garnished with whipped cream and marshmallows, if desired.
