Good morning everyone,

While the moving conditions were at full throttle, the work on emptying the refrigerator also started. When I saw 4 peaches in the crisper, I said let's do something fun!

peach recipes

I threw the peeled, pitted and weighed peaches into the bar blender that I hadn't packed yet. I added granulated sugar after adding 1 tea glass of water for the machine to break easily. Finally, I mixed the sugar and peaches until they were completely mixed.

The amount and consistency of sugar was exactly what I wanted. My job has become quite easy since I don't bother with a strainer or grating. You can also try it in a food processor or a regular blender.

Love…

Ingredients for Practical Peach Marmalade Recipe

  • 500 g peaches
  • 400 gr granulated sugar
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 2 cloves of dried cloves
  • juice of quarter lemon

How to Make Practical Peach Marmalade Recipe?

  1. Peel the peaches, remove the seeds, cut into large pieces and throw them into the blender jar.
  2. Add water and granulated sugar to the peaches and blend them until they are completely broken down.
  3. Put the mixture in the pot. Add the cloves. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it boils. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook, stirring occasionally so that the bottom does not stick.
  4. When the marmalade starts to thicken, add the lemon juice and cook, stirring occasionally, until it reaches the desired density.
  5. Transfer the thickened marmalade into a glass jar. If you want, put it in a jar with clove grains, or take it with the help of a fork.
