Ingredients for Practical Chickpea Broccoli Recipe

  • 500 g broccoli 
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium potatoes
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 capsicum peppers
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt, black pepper (optional red pepper flakes)
  • 2 glasses of water

Fabrication:

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into chives.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic and capia pepper for edibles. Slice the carrot and potato into equal sizes.
  3. Take the olive oil in the pan. Add the onion and fry until lightly browned.
  4. Add the carrots, potatoes, peppers, garlic and chickpeas respectively and fry them.
  5. Add the tomato paste and fry for 1 more minute.
  6. Add the broccoli and water to the pot, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for 7-8 minutes in a pressure cooker. Serve hot.
