Practical Mac & Cheese
Hello Dear Friends,
When you have children, you run away to the more practical of everything. Of course, without sacrificing taste as much as possible :) Normally, when we make mac&cheese, we prepare a bechamel by roasting butter and flour and adding milk to the top. Then we add cheddar cheese, mustard and pasta to the sauce, mix and bake.
There is no need for bechamel for the sauce to thicken in this recipe. We cook the pasta directly in milk and add the cheese and mustard. We also serve it without waiting :) Those who will prepare it for their children may not add mustard to it.

Ingredients for Practical Mac & Cheese Recipe
- 750 ml milk
- Half a pack of pipette (curl) pasta
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 150 g cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- optional parmesan cheese for serving
How to Make Practical Mac & Cheese Recipe?
- Put the milk in a saucepan and let it boil.
- Lower the boiling milk and add the pasta.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta absorbs the milk.
- Add the grated cheese, mustard, salt and pepper and mix.
- Serve hot when the cheese melts completely and mixes with the pasta.
