Ingredients for the Practical Meatballs Islim Kebab Recipe
- 1 pack Expert Butcher Classic Meatballs
- Cherry tomato
- village pepper
- 1,5 kg eggplant (prefer thin and long)
- Oil for frying eggplants
For the sauce:
- 2 meal spoon tomato paste
- 2 water glass of water
How to Make Islim Kebab with Meatballs Recipe?
- Cut the meatballs into two parts and roll them aside.
- First, peel the eggplants and slice them lengthwise, not too thin, otherwise there may be a problem when wrapping the meatballs.
- Soak in a little salt water and dry thoroughly. Fry the prepared eggplants on medium heat until lightly browned.
- Remove the oil from the fried eggplants with a paper towel. Place 1 slice of eggplant on top of the other.
- Put 1 meatball in it and close the eggplants on the meatballs. Garnish with green peppers and tomatoes using a toothpick.
- Repeat this process until all the ingredients are finished, pour the tomato paste sauce you prepared on the kebabs. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
