Hello Dear Friends,

Practical Pumpkin Dish has been visited so much lately that I decided to re-cook and photograph the recipe sent by one of my followers, Ms. Sibel, in 2009.

You can only say what's wrong with zucchini, but as you can see from the comments, I photographed the production stages as it is a recipe that novices usually try. Thus, I think that those who try it for the first time will not have any question marks in their minds.

zucchini with olive oil

Let me briefly answer the questions in the comments, first of all, thanks to the juice of the zucchini and tomato, you definitely do not need to add water to it. Choose large tomatoes, if you have small tomatoes then use 4. You will not be able to get enough of the food cooked in its own juice without adding water.

practical_pumpkin_food_how_done

Also, you don't need to mix the food, after cooking, shake the pot carefully with the lid closed. Thus, both the food will be mixed and the cooked zucchini will not be crushed…

Enjoy this great summer meal :)

Zucchini with Fresh Onions You can find the recipe here.

Love…

Ingredients for Practical Pumpkin Dish Recipe

  • 5 medium sized zucchini (to be scraped finely with a knife)
  • 2 ripe red tomatoes (4 if the tomatoes are small)
  • 2 medium onion
  • 1 bunch of dill (optional)
  • Half tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 meal spoon tomato paste
  • half tablespoon of salt

How to Make Practical Pumpkin Meal Recipe?

  1. Finely chop the onions and put them in a medium saucepan.
  2. Quarter the zucchini lengthwise and cut the zucchini into quarters and place on top of the onions.
  3. Chop the peeled tomatoes (you can optionally peel them) and place them on top of the zucchini.
  4. Put 1 spoon of tomato paste and salt on the top and add olive oil. 20 minutes on low heat without stirring. let it cook.
  5. After cooking, gently shake the pan and let the food mix.
  6. Turn off the stove and let it rest for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  7. Serve with chopped dill, if desired.

Nice and easy recipe.. I made it with butter instead of olive oil. I also added two cloves of garlic, two mushrooms, some rice and spices that my aunt dried and mixed some herbs. It was delicious.

I also used canned tomatoes instead of tomatoes. that's it after that. it was like crap. Mistress and I both ate our fingers. thanks for your hard work.

Based on the phrase "to give a pumpkin flavor"; Zucchini is a favorite dish, especially as a vegetable dish in diets, because it is one of the vegetables with the least calories. Minced meat, dill and garlic yoghurt are indispensable for this dish, I think :)
