Hello Dear Friends,

I have an extra practical and crispy pastry recipe that you can prepare with few ingredients. My mother-in-law tried this recipe with a friend and got the recipe. We have prepared it many times since the first day we cooked it :)

There is only water and oil in the sauce. When cooked, it rises and becomes crispy like puff pastry. It is also good to store and cook in the freezer.

  • 3 pieces of dough
  • 300 g of feta cheese
  • 1 large pinch of finely chopped parsley
  • Half a glass of oil or olive oil
  • half a glass of water

  1. Crush the feta cheese, mix it with the chopped parsley. Mix water and oil in a bowl.
  2. Lay the dough on the counter and wet it with a mixture of water and oil with the help of a spoon.
  3. Give it a square shape by folding it from the edges to the middle and wet it again.
  4. Divide the folded dough into 4 equal parts. Wrap the middle of each piece by putting the cheese filling in the middle.
  5. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper at intervals of 3-4 cm, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot or warm
