Practical Meat Bread

It is a dish of Kastamonu region, actually the dough is rolled by hand, but my Asuman mother usually makes it with phyllo dough. So it's kind of like a pancake. It's pretty easy and delicious... Since I don't like meat and meat dishes, I wanted cheese and made me cheese :)

Ingredients for Practical Meat Bread Recipe

  • 5 pieces of dough, butter

Mince Ingredients:

  • 300 gr Ground Mince
  • half bunch of parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • Black Pepper , Salt
  • 1 Soup Spoon Butter
  • 1- 2 Glasses of Water

Cheese Ingredient:

  • 100 gr Curd Cheese
  • parsley

Fabrication:

  1. Divide the dough into 4 and set aside.
  2. Mix the grated onion with the ground beef and water. Add salt and black pepper.
  3. Spread the prepared stuffing in a thin layer on each side of a couple of phyllo dough, first close the sides, then the thick part, and the thin end like a letter.
  4. Continue the process until the dough and ingredients are gone.
  5. Cook the phyllo in a Teflon pan or on a sheet metal.
  6. Brush with butter and serve hot.

The same procedures are valid for the Cheesecake.

Note: You need to make the minced meat a little juicy.

    Hello. I wondered if there was a need to roast the stuffing, when I hesitated. when we put the cooked raw in the dough. thank you

      Hello, Mine, it leaves the inside watery and it cooks easily if you don't add too much. Love.
