Ingredients for Practical Chickpea Broccoli Recipe
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium potatoes
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 capsicum peppers
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt, black pepper (optional red pepper flakes)
- 2 glasses of water
Fabrication:
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into chives.
- Chop the onion, garlic and capia pepper for edibles. Slice the carrot and potato into equal sizes.
- Take the olive oil in the pan. Add the onion and fry until lightly browned.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, peppers, garlic and chickpeas respectively and fry them.
- Add the tomato paste and fry for 1 more minute.
- Add the broccoli and water to the pot, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes in a pressure cooker. Serve hot.
