The potato and extra crispy version of the triangular pastry, which I also love to prepare with cheese, was wonderful. It should take its place among the recipes that you must try with delicious potato mortar in its crispy layers :)
I prefer to use boiled potatoes while preparing the potato pies. Instead of using it by grating it raw, I boil it first and then fry it again with onions.

One Eater Asked for Another – Ingredients for Potato Triangle Pie Recipe
- 3 pieces of dough
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- salt
- black pepper
- Red pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter flavor
For between:
- 100 g margarine or butter
- Half a teaspoon of starch
For the top:
- 1 egg yolk
- love-in-a-mist
Instructions
- For the stuffing, peel and boil the potatoes. Grate the boiled potatoes. Chop the onion for edibles and put it in the pot with Sana Butter Flavor.
- When the onion turns pink on medium heat, add the potatoes, add salt, black pepper and chili flakes and mix. Fry for 1 minute and remove from the stove.
- Lay the dough on the counter and apply the melted butter on it with the help of a brush.
- Sprinkle starch on top of the oil with the help of a strainer.
- 2. Lay the dough on top of the first one and do the same.
- Cool and sauce the last phyllo and sprinkle with starch.
- Spread the potato mixture you prepared horizontally on both ends of the phyllo as a strip.
- Curl the dough from both ends to the middle and divide it in the middle with the help of a knife.
- Slice into triangles, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold.
Plus walnuts are very nice, while wrapping the pastry, it is also nice with raw potato grater. I recommend it believing that it has more vitamins. Respects.
