Fresh Fennel with Orange (Fencel)
Release Date: 23-05-2011
Fennel (fençel-tangle) is an herb that I often consume as a tea. The salad of this plant, which we usually know as tea, is also very tasty. It can be used especially in chicken and fish dishes with its sweet and sour taste and smell reminiscent of anise.
Its stem, which resembles an onion, is preferred more in meals and salads. In omelets, the leaves, which resemble dill as much as the stem, are also beautiful.
Fennel also has relaxing effects on the digestive and nervous system. Therefore, do not neglect to consume as fresh as tea.
