Orange Cake

I learned and tried this recipe thanks to dear Adile. When he goes to his friends or relatives, if there is a recipe that he likes, he buys it for me :) I have tried many recipes like this so far and all of them have been delicious.
The orange layer on top and the vanilla mix is seriously delicious. Those who say they do not want to use pudding can prepare a jelly with sugar, orange juice and starch according to their taste. There is no oil in the cake, it has a very moist structure because we wet it with milk.

Ingredients for Orange Pie Recipe
For the cake:
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cups flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 1-2 teaspoons of orange zest
- 1 glass of milk to moisten the cake
For the cream:
- 1 pack of cream (1 tbs milk upon request)
- 1 pack of labneh
- 1 pack of whipped cream
For the top:
- 2,5 glass of orange juice
- 1 package of vanilla pudding
How to Make Orange Pie Recipe?
- For the cake, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until foamy. Add the flour, baking powder, orange zest and vanilla and continue beating.
- Grease my pan and pour the cake mix into my pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until the cake comes out dry.
- Take the baked cake out of the oven and let it cool. When the cake is warm, wet it with milk.
- Put the cream, powdered whipped cream and labneh cheese in a whisk. Beat at high speed until thickened.
- Spread the cream with labneh on the cooled cake and put it in the refrigerator.
- While the cake is resting, pour the orange juice and pudding into a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it thickens.
- Remove the thickened orange mixture from the stove and cool, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the cooled mixture on top of the hardened labneh mixture.
- Slice and serve the orange cake, which you have rested in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
