Hello Dear Friends,

When the word cabbage gets into the business, many bodies inevitably get the reaction, umm thanks, I won't buy it. However, they are a very practical vegetable that does not smell too much. I love brussels sprouts especially when made with olive oil.

Mostly, I serve it by boiling it next to grilled or pan meat without overcooking it.

brussels sprouts with olive oil

This time at home. to brussels sprouts I wanted to add a different flavor. I added some capia pepper and orange juice in it.

Thanks to the carrot and orange juice, it was extra sweetened and we loved its taste.

I would love to share my recipes with your photos in my story :) My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari

Love…

Hi Nilay, I am sending you a brussels sprouts recipe from Sweden :))
I will definitely try your recipe.
I hated this cabbage. We eat a lot at Christmas time around here. When I invited my mom to Christmas dinner she loves this cabbage 1 tried this recipe. I got a very valid note and over time I started to like brussels sprouts myself.
Your palate is dancing because there is a combination of bitter sweet and minus salt in the recipe :))

    1 kilo of brussels sprouts
1 shallot onion here is an oval type of onion called schalottenleuk, but it is normal onion
    2 cm fresh ginger
    2 cloves of garlic
1 red, thin, long fresh Spanish pepper, the hot one
    2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar or regular vinegar
    2 tablespoons of oil
    1 tablespoon of butter
    Salt and pepper

Cut the cabbages in half. Finely chop the onion, garlic, fresh ginger and garlic. Roast the cabbage in liquid and butter for 8-10 minutes. Add onion, garlic, ginger and hot pepper and fry for 2 more minutes. Add rice vinegar and honey and boil quickly for 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, bon appetit :)
