The second practical dessert of this week is Tiramisu with Orange Liqueur. orange liqueur I have shared the recipe with you before. Of course, you don't need to use liquor, if you want, you can use 1-2 drops of orange flavoring or 1 tea glass of orange juice for flavoring.

making tiramisu
This recipe is quite different from the tiramisu recipes you know. It's lighter and more practical because you don't cook pudding.

The trick to preparing a delicious and stylish looking tiramisu is to wet the sponge cake you use neither too much nor too little. If you wet it too much, the sponge cake will crumble, if you wet it less, it will stay hard. In both cases, it is not pleasant to serve and eat.

1 water glass + 1 tea glass is perfect for a 2-layer sponge cake. While wetting the sponge cake, you can use a tablespoon to ensure that the sauce is evenly distributed. You can understand whether the sauce you spread little by little over the entire surface of the sponge cake is evenly distributed, by pressing the tablespoon lightly on the sponge cake.

Hello, I want to try the recipe, but instead of 2 sponge cakes, I will use 4 pieces of sauce, which will have to be made more. If I increase 1 pieces to 2, will the taste be spoiled?

Hello Derya, 4 times may not be very healthy. Ready-made cakes are very susceptible to collapse when wet. The soaked sponge cake may not carry the weight of the cream and sauce.
