Hello Dear Friends,

What I prepared from the poppies we collected with our hands next week. poppy sorbet I wanted to start with. Last week we escaped to the cottage for some work. With the arrival of spring, the green areas around us have turned into a field of poppies :) When I saw so many weasels, I couldn't resist and started researching.

When I found the recipe for poppy syrup in one of Cemaliye Tüter's books, I said okay. In the book, poppy and rose syrup were given together. Also, there was no flower size, only a bunch. you collect poppy and extract the roses, put them in a jar with sugar, lemon salt and lemon juice, add water on top and leave in the shade.

Since I shared a rose sherbet recipe last year, I decided to make the recipe only from poppies. I measured the leaves we collected with a water glass without pressing too hard, and took them into the jar. rose syrup There is no sugar in my recipe. to your recipe You can find it here. Weasel sherbet As a second method, you can prepare it as you would with rose sherbet.

To prepare our syrup, we first need to prepare a syrup. You can prepare your syrup by diluting this syrup as much as you want. In fact, it would be better if you let it rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours with lemon slices after preparing the syrup to increase its flavor. You can also add lemon juice according to your taste, but then the color may be a little cloudy.

with me when you try my recipe Don't forget to share on instagram :) I would love to share the recipes you use with your photos in my story :) My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari

We used to do it when we were kids, we liked it quite a bit. But we wouldn't use cinnamon. But considering the experiences of my present age; I suggest you also try Clove, Coriander or Cardamom. By adding as little as possible and increasing if necessary, of course.

Cinnamon Stick (Cinnamomum cassia) is not as good as you think, it contains excessive amounts of CUMARIN. And since it's a thick bark, it's almost like wood shavings. It is sold a lot because it is cheap. Nobody cares about people's health, as long as their bags are full. This substance is at least in Ceylon (Ceylon) cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum). There's also Vietnamese Cinnamon, it's even worse. This is just a suggestion, you can use it if you wish, of course. If that doesn't sound convincing, smell a Ceylan Cinnamon followed by a Wood Cinnamon after a nice shower. The difference is huge; While the first one is pleasant with its very nice smell, the second one is rather heavy-smelling, even nauseating.

Wishing you a good and healthy life…..

    Hello there
You took me 40-45 years ago, my late grandmother used to make it when I was little and it still tastes like yesterday in my mind...
Since that day, I have never had the opportunity to drink again.
