Pop Cake
Hello Dear Friends,
Last week I bought a package full of great kitchen products for you from Tchibo. Since I was in a busy period, I could not find the opportunity to try the products. This week, I wanted to prepare a simple and colorful recipe that you can prepare with your children due to the upcoming 23 April.
pop cake The machine is really a very practical tool. Since I did not have a machine before, I prepared a different recipe with pop cake molds that can be put in the oven, Those who want can reach here.
pop cake machine Thanks to this, it takes only 5 minutes to prepare pop cakes. in the user manual pop cake recipe I applied it, but I added some nescafe to add a little more flavor. There are 36 cakes in total from the recipe, which you can prepare in 3 times, in 15 minutes. So if you are going to prepare for a party, your job is easy, except for decoration :)
For decoration, I used fondant, which you can find in cake shops. Fondant is a very sugary material, so you can optionally like the recipe I prepared before. You can serve it by dipping it in melted chocolate.
Those who want to make cakes with leftover cakes without baking They can try my Lollipop Cake recipe…

Materials:
- 150 g butter (at room temperature)
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt (a small pinch)
- 300 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
To Cover and Decorate:
- fondant candy
- Colorful ornamental candies
Fabrication:
- Beat room temperature butter, sugar, vanillin and egg until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, baking powder, instant coffee and milk and continue mixing.
- Divide the dough with the help of a dessert spoon into the pop cake maker that you have started to preheat.
- Close the lid of the machine and cook for 5-6 minutes without opening the lid.
- While the cake is baking, melt some fondant sugar in a bain-marie. Take the baked cakes out of the machine and dip the sticks into the melted fondant and stick them into the cakes not too deep (This will prevent the cakes from slipping while covering them).
- To cool the cakes and fondant, place them on the stand one by one and leave to cool.
- Put candies of different colors in bowls. Hold the cooled cakes by their stems, dip them in fondant sugar that you melted in a bain-marie, and then in ornamental sugar, and take them back to the stand to cool.
- Serve the cakes whose coating has cooled.
