Another Ramadan passed in the blink of an eye. It would be a lie if I say that this year I have experienced more intensity than I have ever experienced before. I think I deserve a short break as much as anyone :)
Before the holiday, I prepared a practical treat for you. These tiny and delicious treats will blow the minds of your guests, especially your little ones :) It is very practical to make, but you should have a mold and sticks in your hand.

You should not pass without sharing a few tips for pop cakes :) First of all, waiting for your cakes to cool down to coat them will make it easier for the chocolate on it to freeze. If you try to coat it warm or hot, the chocolate will not stay on and flow.
The other point is to apply some chocolate to the ends of the sticks that you will stick to the cakes. In this way, the stick will stick to the cake and will not come off while coating.
Finally, make sure that the chocolate you will cover has a high fat content. Use cashew or couverture chocolate that is easy to melt. In this way, the chocolate is not cut and the coating is easier.

Pop Cake – Ingredients for Cake Pop Recipe
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 1 water glass milk
- 2,5 water glass flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package baking powder
To coat the cakes:
- money chocolate
- Almond, pistachio and sugar ornaments
Pop Cake – How to Make Cake Pop Recipe?
- Take the sugar and egg into the whisk, the mixture is foamy (until the sugar is completely dissolved) and beat it first at low speed and then at high speed.
- Add milk, vanilla extract and melted butter to the scrambled eggs and continue beating at low speed.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into the cake pop mold and cover the mold with the other piece.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the baked cakes from the mold and repeat the same process until the dough is finished.
Embellishment:
- While the cakes are cooling, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Dip the ends of the cake sticks lightly into the chocolate and insert them into the cake for a short time to set.
- Dip your pop cakes in melted chocolate and shake gently to drain excess chocolate.
- Decorate the cakes you have dipped in chocolate as you wish.
- Wait for it to freeze by placing it in a glass of drink or stick it in styrofoam so that they do not touch each other and serve.

It is fine to consume immediately, but you can store it in the refrigerator. If you close them one by one, the room temperature is suitable.
