Dough Making:
Ingredients for Pizza Dough Recipe in Bread Machine
For 1000 gr:
- 1,5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 320 ml.water
- 2 tea spoon salt
- 640 gr. flour
- 1,5 teaspoons of yeast
Fabrication:
- All the ingredients are placed in the chamber of the bread maker according to the above order.
- And the puffed dough or pizza dough program in your machine is selected.
- After 1 hour and 30 minutes you will have a perfect pizza dough :)
Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients for Pizza Dough Recipe in Bread Machine
(for 4 medium pizzas)
Inner material:
- 500 gr. Pizza dough
- 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1-2 green peppers
- 1 medium tomatoes
- canned corn
- black olive
- mushroom farm’s equipment
- spring onions (optional)
Sauce Ingredient:
- 1 cups of tomato puree
- 1 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 tablespoons oil
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoons of ketchup
- salt
- black pepper
Fabrication:
- Cook the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan for 5-6 minutes.
- Place the dough on the tray on which you have laid baking paper, by opening it in a circle.
- Mix the ingredients to be used for the sauce on it in a small bowl and sprinkle all the grated cheddar cheese on it.
- Add the corn, tomatoes, green peppers, olives and other ingredients to the pizza dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
I made the pizza dough in the machine and it was very well fermented. I made the pizza exactly with your recipe, it was very tasty, but my pizzas (two huge pizzas came out with these dimensions) were very puffy. I made it very thin. If you make holes in the bottom of the tray by pressing the dough with our hands and make holes with a fork, the pizza will not rise,
