Ingredients for Pizza Buns Recipe

1 glass of warm water
½ cup of milk
½ cup of oil
1 packet of fresh yeast 42 g
1 pack of margarine (softened)

1 tablespoon of sugar
7-8 cups flour

For inside:

Sausage, Sausage, Tomato, Green Pepper, Olive, Cheddar

Fabrication:

Let's dissolve our yeast in 1 glass of warm water until foamy.

Let's open the middle of our flour like a pool and add sugar and salt into it and mix. Then, let's start kneading by adding our melted yeast, eggs, milk and oils.

Let's knead our dough until we get a soft (softer than earlobe) dough. If it is hard, let's add milk, if it is too runny, add flour and adjust the consistency of our dough.

Let's cover our kneaded dough and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour to ferment.

Let's break off egg-sized pieces from our dough with yeast and open it in our hands. dear We make four scratches like here and put the sausage, salami, tomatoes, peppers, olives, etc. that we cut into cubes and wrap them in the form of roses.

We add a little oil to the egg yolks and spread it on our buns. We bake in a preheated 180 degree oven and serve while warm.

Let's put another tray on our pizzas that come out of the oven and prevent our donuts from drying out and hardening.
