Ingredients for Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 100g butter
- 1 medium-large egg
- 1 heaping tablespoon of pistachio paste
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- Half a pack of baking powder
- 2 tablespoon of chocolate chips
- 2 water glass flour
Fabrication:
- Place room temperature butter, pistachio paste, eggs and granulated sugar in a kneading bowl.
- Stir with a spoon until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the flour and baking powder and knead.
- When it reaches a consistency that does not stick to your hands or the bowl, add the chocolate chips.
- Knead, roll and slice.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, 3-4 cm apart.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 11-12 minutes.
