Rice Flour Cocoa Cake
Hello Dear Friends,
If you've noticed these days, I started trying flourless cakes with different mixes. Lemon Starch Cake ve Cacao Starch Cake my new recipe rice flour cake It worked :) The main reason for me to try these recipes is both to wonder how it will turn out and to make things easier for those who want to try but don't dare.
I think one of the most important reasons is the search for a little innovation :) gluten free recipe It is also pleasing that it is a delicious alternative that will be preferred by those looking for it.
As a matter of fact, it is not much different from my classic cake recipes. The recipe starts with 3 eggs and 1 glass of granulated sugar in a classic way and continues with baking powder vanillin.
Of course, this time I cooked it with olive oil, which I bought from the village market and whose taste I really liked. Those who like the taste of olive oil will love it, those who say it is heavy for me can use normal oil in the same amount.
Much more liquid than usual cake mix Since we got it and I didn't want it to be difficult and dispersed while removing it from the mold, I laid oil paper on the cake mold and oiled it well. Those who want can try it in silicone cake molds, but be careful not to remove it from the mold before it cools completely.
I will be experimenting with different pulse flours soon. I'm waiting for your suggestions :)
