Ingredients for Rice Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups of rice for rice

  • 3 cup of hot water

How to Make Rice Salad Recipe?

  2. Soak in warm water for 10 minutes. wait, wash again with plenty of water and drain well.
  3. Melt the butter in the pan and add the rice, fry it until the rice is glassy and does not stick together.
  4. Add hot water, add salt and cook it on high heat until it turns brown, on low heat as soon as it starts to absorb water.
  5. Let the cooked rice rest for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed.
  6. While the rice is resting, chop the parsley, dill, pepper and cucumber pickles.
  7. Strain the mixed garnish and corn, add all the ingredients you have prepared to the warm rice, flavor it with salt and lemon juice.
  8. Run the cake mold through the water, fill the salad you have prepared, and press it with the help of a spoon. Serve the salad in the cake mold by turning it onto a plate.
