Ingredients for Leek Corn Flour Pastry Recipe

  • 3 leek 
  • 2 medium egg
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 glass of cornmeal 
  • half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated white cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • Salt, dried mint, black pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 

How to Make Leek Corn Flour Pastry Recipe?

  1. Finely chop the leek and place it in a deep bowl. Rub it with salt, black pepper, dried mint and pepper paste.
  2. Add egg, yoghurt, olive oil and grated white cheese and mix.
  3. Add corn flour and baking powder and mix.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and put them in the baking dish. 
  5. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds if desired. Bake at 180 degrees (about 30-35 minutes).
  6. Slice and serve when completely cooled.
