- 3 leek
- 2 medium egg
- 1 teaspoon of yogurt
- 1 glass of cornmeal
- half a teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated white cheese
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- Salt, dried mint, black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How to Make Leek Corn Flour Pastry Recipe?
- Finely chop the leek and place it in a deep bowl. Rub it with salt, black pepper, dried mint and pepper paste.
- Add egg, yoghurt, olive oil and grated white cheese and mix.
- Add corn flour and baking powder and mix.
- Mix all the ingredients and put them in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds if desired. Bake at 180 degrees (about 30-35 minutes).
- Slice and serve when completely cooled.
