Pleated Pastry (from Ready Dough)

If I say pastries are my savior recipes, I certainly wouldn't be exaggerating. When someone is coming or we are going somewhere, I especially love to prepare instant pies from ready-made phyllo. actually my favorite pastry or pie pastry but recipes that can't be handled at all, such as pleated pastry, are also a great convenience.
25 phyllo dough in a small baking dish (15 x 2cm) is great. Moreover, it resembles the same water pastry as it cooks :)

Ingredients for Pleated Pastry (Stuffed Dough) Recipe
- 2 pieces of dough
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- half tea cup oil
- 100-150 g of feta cheese
- parsley
- salt
How to Make Pleated Pastry (from Ready-made Dough) Recipe?
- Whisk yogurt, eggs, oil and salt in a deep bowl.
- Mash the feta cheese with a fork or crumble it with your hands.
- Finely chop the parsley and mix it with the crumbled cheese.
- Lay the first yufka on the counter and spread generously with the yoghurt sauce you prepared on top.
- Sprinkle with parsley mixed with cheese on top.
- When you finish sprinkling, hold the phyllo from the side facing you and push it towards the middle. Shrink the other end by doing the same.
- When the dough becomes a pleated strip, divide it into 2 parts and place it in the greased baking dish.
- Do the same with the other phyllo and spread the remaining sauce on the pastry.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown (approximately 30 minutes).
- Cover the puff pastry with a cloth and let it rest until it comes to room temperature. Serve by slicing.
