Pickled Beans
Pickled beans are my mom's and I's favorite pickles. Whenever I make or buy pickles, my first choice is beans, my second choice is plum pickles :)
Ingredients for Pickled Beans Recipe
- a 3 kg jar,
- 2 kg of green beans,
- 4 green peppers,
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- 1 cup of rock salt,
- 4 glasses of water,
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar,
Instructions
- Wash and sort the beans. Adding a little water, boil it very lightly without softening it too much, strain the water and cool it.
- Place some of the beans in the jar first. Put 1 pepper and 1 clove of garlic.
- Insert the beans again. Finish the materials by arranging them in this way. Dissolve 4 glass of rock salt in 1 glasses of boiled and cooled water.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Pour this mixture you prepared over the marinade.
- Put a weight on it and prevent the beans from coming out of the vinegar.
- Close the jar tightly and leave for 15-20 days.
When we install the pickle now, can I survive the whole winter without spoiling? I want to get the answer to my question from you urgently, I will prepare the pickle in the evening :)
I want to eat it all winter, what should I do with the pickle, should I add salt?
1 glass of rock salt is too much, did you write it wrong?
Can you reply urgently?
Nevin, you can add salt by doing an egg test. So it will be easier for you to set it up. Put the water in the bowl where you will set the pickle, first add half of the salt and dissolve it. If the egg is rising, it means there is enough salt to set up the pickle. love.
My mother didn't put vinegar, she put lemon, vinegar wouldn't be sour, so pickle comment??
My sister, I will try your recipe today, I hope it will be as you say. Hello
What can we put when we say weight?
definitely put lemon salt and add as much non-iodized salt as you can
There are those who add aspirin to prevent it from melting.
Friends, I have been making pickles for years, it never melts. If tap water is newly chlorinated, it melts. And no matter which pickle you make, it will boil, add boiling water, try it, you won't believe it. I would definitely recommend. Bon appetit.
I made pickled beans without boiling them. And I'm trying for the first time. I made them from very small beans I collected from the garden. I mean, it's very fresh, I guess it would melt if I boiled it.
friends, to prevent your pickles from melting, add lemon salt to your pickles and keep them in a dark and cool place.

Hello, I made your bean pickle today. It won't melt, I'll msg you again after I get the result, thanks for your recipe.
Hello my fatma, the melting in the pickles may be caused by the salt and vinegar you use. I'm thinking of making pickles tonight. I would be glad if you provide more detailed information. See you…
I have made pickled beans many times, but they are melting, cabbage and pepper are melting in the salad, I threw them in the trash, what should I do so that they do not melt?
