Pickle Juice Measures
Hello Dear Friends,
We are now approaching the end of winter preparations. Additive-free homemade pickles to be consumed throughout the winter began to be prepared with the pickles that were created when the canned food was finished.

Since we are in the pickle time, most of the questions from my followers are about how they should prepare the juice while making the pickles.
Of course, everyone uses different materials according to their taste or the method they are sure of. I wanted to share the pickle juice I prepared with you with the simplest and clearest measurements.
Material dimensions are valid for 1 liter. With 1 liter of button water, you can make pickles in 2 jars of 1 kg in total.
You can use chickpeas for quick fermentation of your pickles, garlic for flavor, parsley, dill or celery leaves and stalks to add flavor and prevent air.
Tips for making pickles You can find my article here.

Hello, I was going to ask about the dominance of vinegar and lemon flavors. If you remember, the lemon and vinegar lover of pickles was even the subject of an old Turkish movie. :) I don't like the dominant taste of vinegar in pickles, I like the lemon one. What result do I get with the vinegar and lemon measure in this pickle juice recipe? Is there a way to completely remove the vinegar or increase the lemon size? love.
As someone who grew up in the village, my mother used to make the pickles using only salt, it would be very nice and delicious, so we used to use neither pickles, vinegar, nor lemons, so in your tour it would be absolutely vinegar-free.
