Fresh Garlic Loaf Bread with Cheese
Hello Dear Friends,
Today's flavor is my favorite and recycle stale bread I often use for a practical recipe. When guests come to our house, especially when there will be fish for dinner, for some reason, I buy bread a lot. Maybe it's because salad and bread fill my eyes more than fish :)
We had another guest last weekend, so did I. loaf breadI bought all kinds of bread, such as cornbread, baguette, etc. :) Anyway, when there was a lot of bread, I put the small loaf in a bag and put it in the fridge, by the way, I love to slice and fry stale breads :)
When I saw fresh garlic and mountain thyme in the neighborhood market today, I couldn't resist and immediately bought a bunch. As soon as I got home, before I had even emptied the entire market cart, I threw myself into the kitchen and quickly prepared a loaf of bread.
You can make this recipe with either fresh or stale bread. It is enough to prepare it the day before or in the morning and put it in the oven 10 minutes before sitting on the table.
Once you try it, it will start cooking at your home all the time :)
Love…
