As you know, we have been separated from each other these days, as you know, the intensity of Ramadan… My days and nights were again confused when I had photography work to do after school.
I run home from school, prepare tricky meals and start filming. I have prepared 1-2 topics that I think will be very useful for the culinary school. I'll be posting it soon.
Cheese potato balls are one of the delicious recipes that can be prepared in a short time. It can be flavored with greens at home. It can be served as an appetizer for breakfast or dinner.

Materials:
- 4 tablespoons of labneh
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2-3 stalks of green onions
- Dill
- Salt
To color:
- Red pepper
- dried mint
How to Make Cheese Potato Balls Recipe?
- Wash the potatoes and boil them until soft. Peel the boiled potatoes and take them in a deep bowl.
- Add labneh and the desired amount of salt to the potatoes and mash them so that there are no lumps.
- Finely chop the dill and spring onions and add them to the mashed potatoes. Let the labneh, potatoes and greens mix well.
- Take walnut-sized pieces from the puree that you have rested in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and sprinkle them with red pepper and mint. Serve cold.
