  • 4 tablespoons of labneh
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2-3 stalks of green onions
  • Dill
  • Salt

To color:

  • Red pepper
  • dried mint

How to Make Cheese Potato Balls Recipe?

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them until soft. Peel the boiled potatoes and take them in a deep bowl.
  2. Add labneh and the desired amount of salt to the potatoes and mash them so that there are no lumps.
  3. Finely chop the dill and spring onions and add them to the mashed potatoes. Let the labneh, potatoes and greens mix well.
  4. Take walnut-sized pieces from the puree that you have rested in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and sprinkle them with red pepper and mint. Serve cold.
