Roasted Pasta with Cheese
Moving business started to accelerate. Yesterday we packed almost everything left. We reserved some clothes, 3-5 plates, 2 pots, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 glasses to make it run through the weekend :) It took so long to pack the kitchen utensils that I thought it would never end.
This week, I will have to go back and forth between two sides 1-2 times for small jobs in the other house. It seems like I won't be at home much and I won't be able to try new recipes. For this reason, I decided to share with you the recipes that I have postponed to prepare and publish.
Of course, as long as the oven does not leave the house, I can create an opportunity to enter the kitchen to distract my mind.
As for pasta, roasted and cheesy macaroni is one of my favourites, it's even more nutritious because it stays in water and doesn't drain. I think your kids will love it too.

Ingredients for Roasted Pasta with Cheese
- 3 cup of pasta
- 4,5 water glass of water
- 3 tablespoons of margarine or butter +1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 meat or chicken bouillon
For service:
- Desired amount of grated white cheese
How to Make Roasted Pasta with Cheese
- Melt the margarine in a deep saucepan. Add the macaroni on it and fry it until it turns the color you want.
- Melt the meat bouillon in hot water and add it to the cooked pasta. Cook with the lid closed until the water evaporates. (You can add a little more hot water if it gets hard even though it has drawn the water)
- Divide the pasta into serving plates and serve by sprinkling grated cheese on it.
