As soon as I left the threshold of the street to go to work, I encountered an atmosphere that made MFÖ say, “There is rain this morning in Istanbul, my eyes are full of tears, I don't know why…”. What a nice surprise after mid-July, isn't it? The unique sadness of the rain and the smell of the little soil left between the Neighborhoods made me feel like I was walking on the dusty roads of those early youth years. Despite everything, beautiful Istanbul, if only I could be in Üsküdar… Anyway, let's get rid of this rain melodrama and get back to our main topic, Stuffed Tomatoes with Cheese. It's a recipe that I really like. Apart from its taste, its appearance also adds color to the table. A perfect presentation is created with very little effort. Another good thing is that its content can be played comfortably for breakfast or to host your evening guests. You can make it as in the recipe for breakfast in the morning and garnish with mayonnaise in the evening. By the way, I made cherry jam in the bread machine at the weekend. I will share its recipe with you soon. Love…
