Purslane Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients for Cheese Balls and Seasonal Salad Recipe

For the cheese balls:

150 g feta cheese or goat cheese
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
1 teaspoon chopped or dried basil
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of nutmeg

For the salad:

1 medium size lettuce
10 zebra tomatoes
10 sprigs of scallions
2 red bell peppers
Olive oil
Salt
The juice of half a lemon

How to Make Cheese Balls and Seasonal Salad Recipe?

1- Mash the cheese, walnuts and other ingredients on a plate with a fork and mix them well. Take some small pieces from the walnut and roll them in your hand.
2- Pour the black cumin seeds on a plate and roll the cheese balls on the plate so that they are covered with black cumin.
3- Wash all the salad ingredients, chop the lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and onions finely and put them in a large mixing bowl.
4- Mix the olive oil and lemon in a separate bowl, add it to the salad and put all the ingredients on the serving plate.
5- Decorate the salad with the cheese balls you prepared and serve.
