We had a very enjoyable weekend this weekend. We went to the automobile factories in Bursa, namely to Renault's kitchen, upon the invitation of Renault. We had the opportunity to see and examine their new models, Fluence.

While the most entertaining people of Turkey accompanied us, our 14-hour adventure flowed by like water. Thanks to this trip, I had the opportunity to get to know Selçuk Erdem, Erdil Yaşaroğlu and Kaan Cesyum and have a long conversation.

Cheese Bulk Walnut Salad

Ingredients for Cheese Balls and Walnut Salad Recipe

For the cheese balls:

  • 1 cup of white cheese
  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • 4-5 stalks of Parsley
  • Nane
  • Red pepper

For the salad:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 grated carrots
  • a pinch of parsley
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Half a lemon

How to Make Cheese Balls and Walnut Salad Recipe?

For the Cheese Balls: Finely chop the parsley. Mash the cheese, walnuts and other ingredients on a plate with a fork and mix them well. Cut off walnut-sized pieces and roll them in your hand.

  1. Wash all the salad ingredients, chop the lettuce, parsley, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and onions finely and put them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the grated carrots and 1 cup of walnuts and mix well.
  3. Mix the olive oil and lemon in a separate bowl, add it to the salad and put all the ingredients on the serving plate.
  4. Add the cheese balls you prepared and serve.
